Mrs. Campbell, Kindergarten
Every student is special and should be treated as an individual. Students need to feel that they are appreciated, and that their ideas and dreams are encouraged. When their needs are met, students are able to trust the teacher and are ready to learn. When teachers nurture students' unique potentials, it allows the student to develop their innate creativity, personal integrity, curiosity, and love of learning to the fullest. A teacher's expectations should be high and her voice low.
